Firm profile
Used in every LOE (unless you refresh a firm snapshot per LOE)
Needed if the client signs from another device on your Wi‑Fi/LAN.
Automatically set to the currently signed-in user.
Signing security (OTP)
OTP is checked before the client can sign.
Signature mode
Choose how LOEs are signed (eIDAS terminology). In-app signing is SES. For AdES/QES, use an external provider and upload the signed PDF.
AI assistant
Optional. Choose a provider. Ollama runs on your machine (offline). OpenAI/Gemini run in the cloud (requires API key). If using Ollama, install it and pull a model (example: ollama pull llama3.1:8b). The app will call your local Ollama server.
When enabled, the Edit LOE screen can generate an intake summary and draft custom clauses.

If Ollama runs on another machine in your LAN, use that IP (e.g., http://192.168.1.50:11434).
Higher = can use more LOE/context, but needs more RAM/VRAM.
Keeps the model loaded to reduce first-response delay.
Email sending (SMTP)
Optional. If not configured, the app shows OTP so you can deliver it manually.
Appended to outgoing client emails (LOE signature request, reminders, signed confirmation, intake request).
Notifications + email templates
Edit the email wording for intake requests, LOE signature requests, and firm notifications. Use placeholders like {{firm.name}}, {{client.name}}, {{intakeLink}}, {{signLink}}, {{otp}}.
If blank, notifications go to Firm Email (or SMTP From).
Automatic replies & reminders
Example: 1,3,7 sends reminders 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days after the last send.
